The Blueprint Behind The Work
I build strategies that solve systemic bottlenecks. While my primary experience and domain expertise lie in financial services, the frameworks I use to scale products and drive commercial growth are entirely industry-agnostic.
My daily work requires constant translation. I bridge the gap between what a client believes they need and what will actually move the needle, converting complex datasets into clear executive decisions.
My strategic approach is grounded in a deep technical foundation. I began my career as a software developer at Oracle Financial Services engineering global trade finance platforms.
I then transitioned to American Express to build predictive credit risk models and early warning systems before moving to my current strategy role at Visa. This trajectory allows me to understand a business from the underlying code all the way up to the boardroom P&L.
I am a strategist first. I do not focus on AI for the sake of technology. Instead, I build business models and go-to-market frameworks that utilize emerging technologies, including Generative AI, as practical levers for growth.
My objective is to identify exactly where applied AI can fundamentally alter the economics of product personalization, risk decisioning, and operational velocity.
I hold an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from COEP. Outside the boardroom, my routines are highly structured. I prioritize data-driven physical training and am actively practicing my French.
When traveling, I adopt a "slow travel" philosophy. I prefer deep cultural and architectural immersion over high-velocity itineraries, taking the time to figure out exactly what makes a place and its people tick.
